Mylar grow tents and fixture weight

I've been thinking about the support structure of my 4x4 mylar tent, with the recent purchase of my XGS-190 to add to the flowering tent. I recently had an issue with my veg tent (my older tent...first tent purchase), where the cross beams decided to give way, crashing down my T5 light fixture, due to its plastic support ends on the crossbeams. Note, the plastic corner pieces seem fine, and didnt give way...it was just the main cross beams that failed on the ends.

My flowering tent is better construction (metal ends on the crossbeams), but still it has the plastic corner supports, which concern me a bit, with the impending addition of the XGS-190.

I've already got another LED panel and my 6" inline fan/filter hung from the tent's supports...I'm guesstimating its roughly 10kg worth of weight. The XGS-190 is just under 5kg...so I'm thinking 15kg should hold with the tent...but I'd hate to have this come crashing down on me, with more expensive LED panels.

Any thoughts as to ceiling support reinforcement DIY hacks, more for peace of mind, since my tent claims to hold up to 30kg without issue. But its a few years old...the plastic corner supports must break down after time and weight stress, no?

I'd prefer not to have to shell out more coin on a new tent with all metal corners, ends, etc..., as I've already spent enough on the new LED panel to justify more expenditures at this point.

Thoughts?

Cheers!
