you misunderstood me, i meant that putting the plastic up (for the first time) looks like it would be hard to avoid tearing it, you'll have to unroll it and then unfold it all on the top of your structure, because if you drag that plastic across the wood there is a chance it could tear, but otherwise it looks awesome!

thats what a nice windy day is for....LOL it helps float the plastic up and over.. i have it down to a science now..

i went with wood this year and just sanded my spine and edges.

another option to consider is pipe insulators taped over the spine for protection all season long, especially against those gusty days that whip the plastic around.

thats another reason why i wrap the greenhouse with fenceing.. helps hold the plastic down.

in addition to staples and tape again this year, i will be covering my edges with plywood rip cut into 3/4'' pieces that are brad nailed over the plastic and into the frame.

fencing gets expensive, rip cutting a piece of plywood is fairly cheap.

no waiting on the funds for the plastic.. renewing my card is 1st then the plastic. friday is my appointment and then i will mail my 200 bucks to the state on the 4th of next month.. my dead line is the 5th.. after that date i should be able to fund my grow for the year..

yep it on like donky kong.. im going to pick up 3 pit bull clones in 2 weeks. thats when they will be ready. im still looking for big bud clones.. il get the plastic in a few weeks..

well one more check off the old list, i got the fence put up yesterday.. now the dogs can patrol the perimeter of the green house this summer for thifes. at least i will beable to rest a little bit more any ways..

i wouldnt even want to think about being trapped in your greenhouse by the dogs and see you come out the door with your gun lol.
probly wouldnt even make it to the greenhouse anyway.

a couple of kids tried to come on the property the other day and my rottweiler was not going to let that happen. even though she just wants to play, her look will stop a grown azz man in his tracks.

thats the way it should be.. looks are devising.. my dogs will flat tare a person up.. they have once already

i got 4 holes dug yesterday.. 2 more left and im on my way to coos bay to pic up my clones... hip hip hurray about time.. now all i need is soil and plastic. im getting there.. funds are very low at the moment

i hate when funds get low. i will be taking a trip to the scrap yard tomorrow and cash in about 400 - 500 bucks worth of copper wire.
then half of that goes for mothers day. the other half will be spent at home depot for tools and the nursery for 4 bales of growing mix.

its already spent and i dont even have it yet lol.


was wondering how things were going. breaking ground is great and clones soon even better.

if folks don mind, i may attempt to glean sum GH pointers. michigan is about to posse blee add language to med. 'rules' re outdoor (GH). diggin the idea of modest gh, somewhat stealth. /also gotta a homie movin' back to Ptown for '12/'13. only been out 2 pacific N. West once and it was beautiful.. good luck ppl! -abe
