My White Rhino...about to flower .....

Hey guys what's good? I've got my White Rhino at 5 weeks veg after cloning and will start flower on Friday...I've got two questions ???If you guys could help me out that would be awesome....
1- when introducing flower should i go 12/12 straight away...should i put her in the dark for 24...48???then 12/12???
2- been giving her 20-20-20 during veg got some cana 13-14 for flower(first grow will be investing in nutes from fox farm next grow)should i lower the dose of the 20-20-20 to very minimal rate for first two weeks of flower then start introducing the 13-14???don't wanna cut completly back on nitrates right away???is that right??? thanks guys

If you have time I'd veg for longer...

What you want to do is to gradually lower the photo period to go from 18/6 to 12/12 in 7 days. During this week you can also gradually lower the concentration of your veg nutes and slowly raise the concentration of the flowering nutes.

This way, the transition is even and won't shock the plant at all. If you're using a good light you're going to have an impressive yield.

Only at the very end of flowering, in the last day should you keep your plant 24h darkness. This will boost THC production. Right afterwards harvest and leave the buds to dry, trying to keep them as little as possible in light, since cannabinoids are light sensitive.

Keep in mind that a White Rhino will double it's height during flowering

Thanks Dr....I guess thats why you're the doctor, as i have never heard that theory before and have been on this forum for about a month now!!! It does make sense what you're saying,,cause in nature it doesn't go from 18/6 to dark then to 12/12..i have been lowering the plants lights on off went from 24/0 to 20/4 going to go 18/6 today and will introduce flowering this weekend...does that sound kool doc...lol as for nutes been giving her 7ml 20-20-20 to 2L water ...should i cut it in half or a third and also the flower nutes should be introduced right away???i heard two weeks in ..thanks Doc....

Growers that suggest starting flowering nutes 2 weeks after 12/12 are the ones that make the switch from 18/6 to 12/12 immediatly, so plant takes some 1-2 weeks to actually get adjusted and start all the processes conected to flowering.

During the next week, after you've introduced the 12/12 photoperiod, try going from 3/4 veg + 1/4 flowering nutes to full flowering nutes.
