This will be my first go at hydro growing. I decided to go with a top feed drip system consisting of 6 five gallon buckets with lid nets to hold hydroton. I have a 55gallon res tank and will be pumping the water from that through the tube and into the buckets via smaller tubes into a drip ring that will feed the plants. My problem is I dont have a plan to either return the nutes to the res, or just discard them. I know either way is an option, just not sure what is the easiest and most effective. As you can see from the photos I have connected each bucket with a drain tube circuit in the hopes that I may be able to pump the excess back to the res tank. Any ideas would be a huge help. Thanks,
