My thoughts on the levo

Bought a levo c recently. And I’ll be god damed if it’s not just an overpriced self stirring lab hot plate and not even a very good one. The magnetic stirrer is wonky af. Does it do what it says? Sure. Is it a badly repurposed piece of lab equipment with a cute paint job? Also yes.

I have no experience with the Levo, but I have used the Ardent FX and the Ecru 420........both are pieces of shit IMO.
I returned the Ecru after one use and the Ardent just sits on a shelf........no help from Ardent........poor customer service.
I recently purchased a Pot by Noids and so far it works perfectly.

I got one for xmas, the levo c. I aint mad at it all it does what i need it to do, all in one place, easy clean up, easy use etc. I’m sure there are plenty of other ways to do it and probably better ways but it suits my needs just fine. No complicated process . The glass pot did crack the first time i used it but they sent a replacement within a week and it’s worked several times just fine.

I have the levo C and i have tried everything I can think of to get a potent oil and I'm just not getting it.
I've decarbed, I've used the one pod and the extra pod, I've defused for ten hours still not super potent.
more potent, just not that strong.
I'm making the oil into gummies and so far I'm not super excited about the effects of the gummies.
I've maxed out the amount of infused oil I can put in the gummy itself. still not that impressed.
My next plan is to buy a machine that extracts the oil using the methane method. I can get much more
concentrated stuff to put in the oil. We'll see. I've aready spent so much money on the levo system that I need
to save up for a new method. Also the methane method filters the oil much better for less taste? I will have to see.

You should try using hash instead of flower if you want super strong. Or run multiple batches of flower through the same oil.

Toaster Oven = $30.00
Oven thermometer = $4.00
Palm sized stainless steel cat food dish = $2.97
Eyedropper = $0.97
Coconut Oil
Fearn Liquid Lecithin.

Decarb 240 F for 40 minutes
5 grams decarbed Hash or powdered buds or concentrates.
1 tablespoon Coconut oil
1 teaspoon Fearn liquid lecithin
Heat 220 F for 20 minutes to infuse and encapsulate.
Fills 30 #0 capsules.
Make drugs not food. ;-)

I got plenty strong oil using trim in a slow cooker with a bacon grease strainer. Haven’t found the setting to get the same results with the levo.

I did TWO of the smaller Extra strength pods one with Sugar leaves and trim from harvest and one with Fresh buds. i jfilled right up to about the Min. line with coconut oil. Set Timer and TEmp to 170 for 5 hours....try it...love it..im high af right now lol. LOST my jumbo pod somehow so thats why i used two extra strength pods. Also used dried buds from my harvest last week and now the oil taste like fruit lol...its crazy..ill forever love this little machine lol

to answer the question I just filled the pods up. IDK how much they hold.. i think a quarter each. the jumbo pod is a whole ounce so id say i used a half of material

I filled the container up to the top of the holes with weed, and poured enough oil in to just cover that. Seems like a lot of oil and I'm wondering if I f'ed up. Got some gummy mix for it and, according to the instructions, this is going to produce very weak edibles.

Im making some oil today for some brownies. I use 2 pods and run 2 batches through the same oil to up the dosage

I followed the advice of many Levo owners who say to activate the weed in the oven, covering it with foil. I did and it didn't turn the golden color it's supposed to turn. I put it in the Levo, extracted the medicine, made a batch of gummies and they're total shit. Another fucking oz of prime weed wasted. It was so much simpler when I was doing it without the Levo. If I had it to do over, I would never have wasted my money on this, just to continue to use the oven.

You used too much oil. Run more weed through the same oil.
