I have a 4x8 tent with 2 1000 lights, they are on their own ducting with a 6 inch fan pulling fresh air across the lights and exhausting in the attic. I have a 12000 btu air conditioning piped into the tent and right now i have it set on my master controller to on all the time. WIth it on all the time the temp under the lights is still 89 degrees or so. How can i get it cooler in my tent?

Bigger tent, smaller lights, more extracting (not sure if it would help, or wheether you'd encou/nter the same issues, but with C02 you'd be able to grow at higher temps, but i guess you'd need to turn off the extractors so would possibly be swings and roundabouts.

Run a dark period in the hottest part of the day. For flowering run lights on between 10 pm and 10 am. Lights off during the hot part of the day. Hope that helps! Not sure if you're doing 24 hrs on for vegging but if you are try a 4-6 hour dark period.

make sure you have a good exhaust fan, make the exhaust the most dominate force in the tent, sucking the air out of the tent is important to keep it cool. Im thinking we need a picture of your vents to see whats wrong.
