The spore should come around, it can take a while, I just got some tak mountain cube from http://www.ralphstersspores.com/ and after 2.5 weeks they are just starting to come around.
And spores don't germinate, only seeds do
If it's taking that long then i'd just start over. Usually my jars take 3 days to show germination and then about another week or so after that to colonize and the ones that take longer than that are often contaminated. That's just my experience though.
And yes, spores do germinate, i don't understand why you'd think they don't. :? lol

Well I bought 7 syringes, and yes my other jard are almost fuly colonized. I really want to grow this strain out so I will wait it out.

And I stand corrected, I was under the impression that germination was only used to describe seeds, upon looking into it spores can germinate too. I just thought there was a different term for them

4 of my 5 jars are showing signs of germination!

just for future knowledge does that mean i should add more or less water?
or are there a bunch of reasons for it taking longer than expected?

It took 10-14 days to even see colonization in our jars of b+ from 101. Still another few jars with nothing visible at 14 days...we're just goin' to check on them later.

Sporeworks!
i'm a sporework only kinda guy myself!

It is also not reccommended to add water to your jars unless they are extremely dry as adding water can cause wet spots which are more likely to contaminate. some pictures would help determine if you need water, but I doubt you do unless they are EXTREMELY dry. Peace
