it'll bounce back, just keep it out of reach of your cat from now on and try not to water it too much. Your soil looks pretty drenched given the size of it

As @Jpwt92 says it should bounce back. Also use a lot less water for seedlings, they will grow a lot faster and your roots will get bigger.
Keep cat out of growing room or you will have lots of cat hairs stuck to your buds when it flowers, good luck :)

My cat ate some leaves and a little of the stem.. :( my plant can grow back? It's my first plant and i don't know so much about them plsss helpmeee i'm so sad
Keep them pets away. Caught my dog bitting off the top of my tomato seedlings resting on windowsill.

You've learned your valuable lesson from cats and plants now. My gf has like 5-6 houseplants that both our cats will not allow to survive let alone thrive. I got her a tent for plant medic purposes. She refuses to keep them in there all the time and I dont blame her lol. Get em patched up and back out there on that battlefield!!!
