my seeds has sprouted

I have them n cups they have sprouted I planted may 1 when should I convert them to bigger pot. N when should I put n grow tent to start mh light 18/6

I put mine on 18/6 as soon as they pop the soil surface. It depends on the cup size you useing, but I use 16 oz. cups and generally transplant about 2-4 weeks after planting. The best way to tell would be to pop the plant out of the cup and check the root growth. If you see roots growing all over, it's ready for transplant. If you can't see any roots then you can wait a while.
