They will be like having your plants in veg for 7 weeks....[18/6 or 24/0 is all veg to your plants]
Now that you switched them to a real 12/12...
Everything should be fine....
From the time you first saw hairs start Bud count, don't start from switch to 12/12, it takes about a week to plant to convert to grow bud...

Dont worry, be happy ! From around 8 weeks from first seeing hairs, you will have smokeable bud...
Then dry another week +
Then Cure [time???]

Have fun now, that must have been a mind Fukk not seeing anything for 5 weeks...

With out knowing what you have, ball park would be 8 weeks [56 days] from hairs showing...
I hope you have a maginifier...
At, say around 20 days, from hairs, all your plants should show bright white hairs reaching for the light...
a week or so later Trichromes [the crystals] will glow bright [because they are clear]
a week or so later the Trics start to turn cloudy, and the plants leaves look less 'shiney'
Then at around 45 days the hairs will recede into calyexs, and buds will become fatter...
wait a little longer, start checking for Amber Trics, I pull my plants at first sign of amber...
The Strain I am growing showed me hairs at 6-7 days after switch, and amber trics at +56 [8 weeks exactly] more days...
Good Luck man....

Amber trics? Are you sure about that?

After 1 day 12/12 your plants don't flower yet, they'll be vegging for a week or two after you switch the timer to 12/12, eventually starting to show their sex, and "then" they will start flowering. So if I'm reading your post correctly they never started flowering begore the 5 days 24h and you got nothing to worry about (well except for maybe deciding which of them is going to make space for the others :) )

If they had started flowering and you'd want them to get back in vegging (for example after determining sex) giving them 24h light a day for a while would the way to do it, so either way you're good.

Potential problems I see:

- If you were planning on a 2 week veg (and used the appropriate size pot), you are going to face serious issues with root space. They are probably all SERIOUSlY root bound by now.

-Depending on the strain, 15 bushes that were vegged to 22" will take up A LOT of room after they stretch. Clones or seed plants? Have you culled the males yet? You'd be very crammed fitting 15 plants that size under 3 600 watters. I usually run 4 plants under one 600 watt light, vegged to about 16-18 inches, and it gets very crowded in my 4x4 space.

Hope you're able to make it work. If they were mine, I'd cull down to the healthiest 9 -12 plants, whatever might fit. Better to have enough room for each plant, otherwise you face a PM infected larf jungle...

Yield-wise it will probably actually be better to remove a few. Those 5 ounces each would only look like5 ounces but in reality be 2 ounces of fluff - if it is indeed too packed. But yeah, throwing away healthy females is painful in any case.

My point exactly. I've tried cramming plants and I was very unhappy with the result. Yield AND quality both decreased significantly. MJ does not like to be cramped, AT ALL.

Before you go chopping anything how big is your space. And I have had plants show there sex while vegging.
3 600 watt lights. I see no way you're going to fit 5 bushes under each light when they're likely going to finish at 4-5 feet tall. Tying them down will only spread them out further, taking up an even bigger footprint. Give it a try if you want, but concider yourself warned.

This is a valid point that I'm having a problem with myself.View attachment 2569003View attachment 2569002 My suggestion to you is to start training your plants now, as I waited too long and now had to try to train them during flower, which is a pain in the ass.
I placed these plants on different levels in a semi-vertical grow to try to get increased light to the bottom of the plants.
I believe this will increase my productivity over the to and a half ounce first harvest I had off of three plants. I got 2 ounces plus that, that were premature but pretty good.
I have all of these under a 1000 W hooded high-pressure sodium.

5 weeks? can't believe you didnt check that the lights were going out for that long. Always check daily that lights have gone out if your home. they should be ok just vegged longer. This is a major problem if they were already flowering.
