Hello friends. I have been dealing with thieves/rippers for a long time unfortunately. I have a lot of "tweakers" in my family that like to steal. Especially flowering cannabis plants. As a medical grower my medicine is very important to me. Here are some of the best techniques I have learned over the years to prevent getting jacked come September/October.
1. Zip tie your buds to a cage/trellis. Use a TON of them. I mean hundreds if you want to. Stealing a plant that has every single bud zip tied to a sturdy trellis would take forever. When harvest time comes along yes you have to cut off a ton of zipties and it's rather annoying. But at least you made it to harvest time without getting jacked.
2. Buy one of these cheap motion detectors...

They are very cheap and have a 1/2 mile radius. They work great and you can use them year after year. These will wake you up with an alarm in the middle of the night if anyone is near your garden. You can add up to 8 motion sensors as well so you have every inch of your garden covered.
Doing these two things will go a long way in helping prevent assholes from stealing your precious flowers you worked so hard to grow. I hope these tips will help someone not get ripped off this year.
