But what nutirents? it looks like N defeciency from the yellow, the lights I need to know wattage..... Then they may be over or underwatered due to the droop, but I dont know your water schedule...theres more to this than you think.....

My plants now going to be fifth week and its only like 4 inches height. I think maybe i dont have enought lights. What you think please? Thank you.

5 weeks from Germ... looks about right considering their environment.

Dont let the little size fool you, the roots on those baby's are probably bound now in those cups. Transplant to bigger pots ad watch em take off.

Also, your soil looks "hot", I wouldnt add any nutes to those baby's just yet

Hes got a point too... Again, IMO it could be a few things, with more specifics on the system, we can all help better..Pics only do so much.

I kinda doubt they outgrew those pots seriously those are decent size pots and tiny plants no way are the roots that big

also, how close are your lights? they sprouts look a bit stretched especially for indica.
i use cfls and keep them at least 2 inches away.
the great thing about fls is no heat so you can real optimize all the photons given off by them bulbs.

Yeah, that does sound really low Kiki.... I have been using Flourescents with my 250 HPS to give a little more Blue spectrum, bout 18-20 in..... HPS great for Flower, but for Veg you may want a HID or florescent. IMO of course.... best wishes
