Gently bend the tops horizontal and tie them down with cotton string. It is called LST or Low Stress Training. You will be good to go.

Do i keep it tied off for the whole time?does that shoot all the growth to the bottom of the plant? what would a net be used for??

Yes, you keep it tied down the whole time. Be sure not to bend it too much and snap it off! Had that happen to me way too many times to count, seriously. No, it doesn't shoot all the growth to the bottom, it will continue to grow a nice top. A net is just used for support of heavy tops so that they don't flop over, just keeps everything up and close to the light source.:hump:

You could just supercrop them too since you are only 4 days into flowering.

I have supercropped 2 weeks into flowering without Any negative reaction from the plants. I just hate having string and/ or fishing line tied up all over the place, they always seem to get snagged on something.

Super cropping is a method used to turn the main shoot side buds to grow 90 degrees to the stalk by forcing the plant to grow sideways in essence. What you do(I suggest u do this a day after watering... Well between12-24 hrs after so the plant is a little more plyable)is choose the height on the main stalk that you want the bend to be at and place your thumb and pointer finger on that spot. Start pinching that area with increasing pressure without digging fingernails into stalk trying to flatten out the stalk then move your fingers arround the stalk 90 degrees from where you were pinching and pinch again this time as you pinch bend the upper portion of the plant at a right angle so that the top is now sideways. Tie down to combat the plants response to straigten or use weights after5-7 days the shock will be gone and you will have a plant well in it's way to having many colaish buds

This method flattens the plant and increases the canopy. I have three girls going now that were supercroped two a week to two weeks before flower and one one to two weeks into. I'll try to post some pics of my girls chillin. My computer blew up last week so I'm stuck on my iPhone for now for my Internet usage and I haven't found a app yet that allows me to load pics from my phone.... If ne one out there has a iPhone and knows how pm me

The idea of super cropping is to "break" the fibers that make the plant stand up, without "breaking" the vessels that the plant utilizes to move water and nutrients...

so you pinch it where you want to bend it and then tie it down???
Pretty much you font want to be so aggressive that you seriously damage the plant just enough force to weaken the area so it's more receptive to tfe bend , I heard that you are fine as long as you don't break the central tube, but I have 5 plants now that I'm veging and ccropped about 3 weeks in and when I pinched all of them I felt a pop like the central tube burst but I went on a the plan n tied em down... no problems at all they only took about 3 days to recoupe.

But conversely the girls I have budding right now that I cropped I did it much later in veg and one in flower and each of them the outer stalk split like when you take a sappling( non dried moist branch of tree will suffice) and bend it over your knee to break it. It won't break it just bends and splits lengthwise.

So I'd say you deft don't want to expose the inner tube but if you damage it especially early it will recouperate... But too much stress can have negative effects so don't go hog-wild
