Raise your light a foot or two for now. those little guys dont need that much exposure.

I would personally have those plants all in the same kind of pots, just for the fact you know what to expect. I would also highly recommend a different soil, like ASAP.

you are on the right track , good luck!

I would recommend Roots Organic or FoxFarm is pretty good. They run about $20 for a 20 gallon bag where I'm at, and that should be enough for your grow. Buy some perlite about $10 for a big bag and mix about 1/4 of it in soil. It helps the plants breath and promotes healthy watering. And yes transplant those ladies today, lol.
You can find every you need at a hydroponic store or a nursery. Lowes or Home Depot, I dont think really carries anything I would use for my cannabis, food for thought.

IMO- your watering to much. Give them some food. you've been growing in that soil for almost 3 weeks they probably need some food.

Good Luck on Your Grow.

looks like they need a little nutrients not a lot just a tiny bit and maybe some water. also unless your gonna repot your gonna have a problem with those stretchy stems. 1 and a half cup of water every 3 to 4 days isn't good. Water them till you see a little runoff then stop which is a lot more than 1 1/2 cups, cause you wanna soak the whole medium then let it dry out and so on so they can grow a strong root structure. Use the weight method to see if they need water. I think the mh light is ok just get it a little higher and you should be fine. Other than that your looking ok.

Oh yeah I forgot those look really small for 22 days old, you need to make sure your ph is correct or your gonna compromise the whole grow. A soil PH meter is like 10 bucks on amazon.
