My Plant fell over today!

I was trying to cure the droopy leaves that I've had since day one, and I decided to go every other day water. I have them in 4' rockwool cubes so I thought this would be ok. Well I walk into today and my plant's top fell over. The plant feels very pliable, like a licorice stick.

Does under-watering cause this, or should I start looking for something else?

Plants get weak and the stem a little floppy without enough water. Or sometimes with enough water, just right before you water them.

Turgor pressure is what keeps plants from bending and gives them resistance to the elements, and without water you have no turgor pressure, so my advice is water them more often.

Thanks for all the replies.. .within 20 minutes of watering them they stood up on their own! So I'm going to stick to my once a day watering, even though the leaves droop a little. I think they stand up in the noon time, and before I turn off the light they start looking droopy.

No they aren't stretched, and I have 3 fans going in here. Their stems are thick as hell. I'm in week 5 of veg'ing I'll post some pics when I get teh chance.
