Looks like over-watering to me... do you have any drainage holes in the bottom of those cups?

Just some harmless algae mate. Dont sweat it. Light plus nutrients is the environment algae grows in. The perlites job is to retain moisture, you have it on top where there is a lot of light, so the algae will grow.

I've had similar green algae grow on my seedlings/dirt.. it usually happens (to me) when there is lots of humidity and moisture... like the post above said.. perfect combo for algae!

I usually just transplant like normal with no problems whatsoever... You are going to be fine :blsmoke:

Probably everyone has different opinions on when to transplant... I would let a few nodes grow before transplanting... at least wait until you can see roots coming out the drainage holes for those small cups...

Do you have a fan blowing to strengthen the stems?

No worries. I just did a "hempy" grow which was 100% perlite.....yes perlite was my grow medium, no dirt, soil, verm, nothing but p'lite. Just as Jonus said nothing but harmless algae. You can check out my journal in my signature and see the same algae on my p'lite.
