my other plant weird never seen one grow like this

hi guys this is my second plant its just over 3 weeks old now its very very short and healthy big leaves for its size now to the point of the story when it sprouted and started to show shape it never had a top to it like a main cola or what ever the top of the plants called it got a few big leaves very fast and are potent as now the plant has no top and not growing from the top upwards instead its growing from the bottom nodes up and looks like a lettice down there tight bunching of little nodes and leaves every where what causes a plant to have no top to it never seen a plant do this before and does my plant look heathly enough

How can leaves be 'potent'?

It looks healthy. Never seen that mutation before but its screaming lst me lol. Start a journal on it I'd be interested in seeing how it turns out and if a clone from it would have apical dominance IR if it would do the same as this one.

I dnt no what strain it is or anything just came out of a dank bag of buds my mate had was the only seed out of the bag hopeing it turns out female and real bushy this plant is going to be one I watch real closely looks like it was low stress training in its dads sack before it even poped to the surface lol any ways so far so good will just have to wait and see

I cant start lst on it yet due to the fact the plants stem is so short like 4 five cm high and stiff as will wait till sum of that undergrowth worms it way up then start tying down them branches

gotta love the mutants i got a mutant seedling going cant wait to see how it turns out
