Probably gotta few weeks but if you have a jewelers loop or magnifying glass then wait til 60 to 70 percent of the pistols have turned amber then depending on what kind of high you are looking for let the trichs turn 40 to 60 percent amber it will give you a couch lock effect or wait til all the trichs are milky white and some amber to give you more of a speedy heady high. Autos are great and they mean 55 days from the beginning of flower so that could make a difference on when to harvest try what i suggested and you'll be happy with the outcome!
