My new grow box

I have a box with a 70 watt hps in it about 3 feet from my plant. I also have an incandescent 'G&E plant grow and show" light, and 3 like 15 watt cfls. Can you tell from the pic if my light is too far from my plant? and is the fan that i have behind the box going to be proper ventilation? thanks in advance, and any suggestions would be great.

ok for some reason the hps light keeps turning off randomly and for the most part turning back on like 30 seconds later.. but i tried to tighten the bulb and now its just like turning off and not turning on until i manually unplug it and plug it back in. do i need to rewire it or something?

man that last pic is kinda dark, but that splice job on your wires looks BAD, i'd say thats your problem,
make sure you know what you're doing before messing w/ electric, you'll burn your house down,
the ge plant light can be removed its not helping anything, they are just a certain color to
make indoor plants "look" prettier
