My New 2' x 4' Grow Cab

I built a new grow cab today. The one I had before was a metal cabinet with a 400w. This time we are going with a 600w. The cab measures out at 24" x 48" x 60" I built the frame out of 2x2s and 1x3s. I got some old 1/2 plywood signage to close up the sides. I went with a big sheet of 40mil plastic shower base liner for the door. I put Velcro around the edges and fastened it with staples so it wouldn't pull off. I separated the ventilation for the cool tube with 6" duct pulling from the outside room across the light and into the attic. I will be adding two powered 4" vents, both in and out, for air change in the growing area. Caulked every seam in the thing and had a look at it in the dark and there are zero light leaks. Here are some pics. The space will be filled with 32 flowering clones soon. these are just some moms I have been growing.

Wow that looks good. Nice work. Interesting design for the door. Haven't thought of that before...

I'm interested to see what the temps look like once you get those 4"ers in.

I ran the light for the last 18 hours and the heat has stayed below 80 even with no ventilation. It did however cause a lot of condensation on the plastic since the outside room air was cooler. Vents should be getting installed today.
