Well if they had 3 kids the hydro would be more so when I move in I can run 14 1000w if a family of 5 lived there. A couple of people would have very low hydro use. U move into a house and the hydro triples people get curious. was just thinking, Arnold keeps asking me to move, LOL

what part of cali do you live in fdd?
sonoma county.

what happens with this house could have a HUGE impact on what happens in my backyard this year. you can see right over my fence from the window inside the neighbors shop. it's like a "viewing window". hopefully someone cool buys it.

Luckily, your odds are on your side living on the west coast.

After putting 10% down, that's like $600/mo on a 30 year mortgage. Plus property tax and etc... I dunno... I like Oregon too much, despite the price of owning being lower than the price of renting.

If you could put 20% down that'd be better. The power bill would be way more expensive anyway.

$600/month after 10% down? In California? Wow. I am no where, at $700, in a dinky house. I always heard California is so expensive, that there are no jobs available. I have an idea these people are cry babies not willing to suck it up and take a job to pay some bills...

I hear people bitch about California all the time..... But the ones bitching have never lived there, nor been there...... sounds more like jealousy to me.

If this house is still available, please PM me (I don't know how to PM). I just moved back to the Montgomery Village area in Santa Rosa and might be interested in buying another house. Thanks for your help.
Prosper and live long. David Grimm
