my marijuana grow room

hi everyone im new to this and

decided i would grow my marijuana indoors.
I live in a cold(ish) climate.

i dont have a lot of room i going to try and grow 3 white widow plants.

This is my setup

1 small wardrobe about 3 feet wide and 4.5 feet high

but i can only use two feet for now and a small conversion and i will be able to use 4.5
i have germinated the seeds and potted them. two of the seeds roots were quite small when i put them in they had only just come out one was good about 5mm the others about 2mm they are under 1 8w fluorescent (cheap) unfortunately throuh lack of funding i cannot use an MH or HPS lamp so im going to use cfls to grow i only have one 100 w cfl for now placed quite high above the plant i will get more i also used tinfoil sellotaped around the cuboard for reflection. i know its better of painted white.

i should get more cfls in a couple of days

whats the best water to use i heard rainwater true?

The "best" water is a water with a ph of 6 most house faucets shit around a PH of 7 now until you know the ph of your water it makes no difference.
