My lone girl,i need some tips...ak/48 strain

HEY IM a first time indoor grower..its has been about 11days with my6000 something but its the right one than after that one im going to put the 400watt about 4feet away is that right???and also watering one every two days good???in two weeks i put the 400watt on this baby rught??just need some pothead reassuance i had two growing be4 but sum bull shit happened and coops had to come in so we covered the plants later they died..fuckin pigs but yea anyways just wanna make sure this one is succesful; also if anyone can recommend some good rapid grow??
