My leaf porn thread

Just thought if throw up a few pics of different leaves I've had on my last couple grows.

id also be interested in what some of you can read about a plant just by the leaf characteristics.

Extra points if you can guess the strain of plant from the leaf.

Two purple leaves and a thirteen fingered leaf.

Honestly, leaves mean nothing... they can't even really tell you if you have a sativa/indica dominant hybrid. Obviously a 100% sativa plant will have skinnier looking leaves than a 100% indica plant, but I've found that as a plant enters the flowering/stretch stage, leaves change shape.. specifically, fatter leaves become a little thinner looking. I wouldn't be surprised if all 3 leaf pics you posted are from the same plant. But lovely leaves none the less... I love pressing/drying MJ leaves, especially sativa-looking leaves.

I do agree with you, I have had plants that start off with fat indica leaves and end up with skinny leaves. And plants that do all kinds of things with leaves.

and the amount of fingers change during different stages. The thirteen leafer I posted has only recently been producing them after a long period of veg.
