i dont understand why ur friends would run if u were in a legit car accident, and it doesnt sound like u got charged with posession of anything, so im assuming u didnt have anything in the car.
im also assuming the cops were "talking to you like a criminal" in the beginning because they figured u were driving recklessly. talking to them like a immature teenager (not that u are) isnt gunna help your case, in fact its gunna piss them off and make ur situation worse, which it obviously did.
dont take me wrong, i hate cops, MOST (not all) but most of them are dick heads with god complexes.
i dont like to give cops hard times because for all i know they just got done scrapeing somebodys body off the road or worse, and me talking shit or being a smartass could effect my citation or end up in jail.
idk bottom line is... give respect and you MIGHT get respect back. give shit and YOU WILL get shit back.
