My Ken's O.G. GDP Grow Journal!

Okay first yes i am a registered medical patient. In this journal i will be talking about my ken's grandaddy purple, and two seedlings. i dont know what strain the seedlings are. my plan is to always have good bud when i want it. now time for some details of what my set up is like.
nutes- fox farm grow big, big bloom, tiger bloom, beastie bloomz, and snow storm 2.
light- 400w sun system 2, & 2' grow floro tube
Air- small 6" fan to blow air out, and 8" fan to blow air in
soil- fox farm ocean forest

im using two rooms. my main room is 4'x4' an the other is 2.5'x2'x3.5', i will also be using a incubator for clones.

i was planing on doin this a while ago but i have been slacking. my seedlings are 33(S2) and 38(S1) days old today, the ken's grandaddy is 39 days old. to catch you guys up to date fairly quickly from day 1. On feb. 1st, i germinated 3 unknown seeds with 2 outta 3 sprouted by feb. 15th. i put them into jiffy cubes and let em grow. i bought a clone of kens grandaddy purple on feb. 16th, which seemed to have a minor nutrient burn a few leaves. by march 10th both seedlings were about 4" tall and the ken's about a foot. i pinched the top 3 inches from ken's to promote lower branching. shes slowly but surely reviving herself. i've transplanted one seedling into a large taco bell cup, and the other into a 4" container. when i transplanted into the 4" container, i had what i believed to be a nutrient problem begin. so i began to p.h. my water to a low 6.2 and stop using nutes.

the weather is starting to warm up and the past two days i been putting the seedlings outside. today "S1" still has burned drying leaves, but that has slowed recently after the adjusting my p.h. levels. a weird thing happened during the nutrient stress, for some reason "S2" stop growing the topped itself. now its growing fine. "S2" is doing great and working on her 5th set of leaves. i been giving them 250 ml each of water. The Ken's G.D.P. is growin 2, possibly 3 tops now after bending. the main stock is gowing up towards the light. the bottom half of the plant is producing lots of branches. i think shes ready for cloning, but i need to get some cash first. the leaves have little spots on the edges of some leaves, im still watering with 500ml of p.h.'d water.

My goal with this journal is to help others and to be helped with experienced medicinal growing. this is just all questions and comments are welcome. thanks for reading up

i assume my journal wasnt so interesting for anyone really. but heres more pictures i took today, the two small plants are both doing fine now. the nutrient burning has stop occurring in plant "S2". the kens has almost come to a complete stand again. and the wound from pinching it is healing very well and is swollen. all ive done really was let the soil dry out and then water as normal without the nutes, except ff big bloom. i didnt flush the soil or anything, but i must say "S2" has topped itself and i didnt prune it or anything. i cant find anything about it either. im not worried at all, just mystified. the big one is the ken's, any and all critique, questions, and comments are welcome.i actually perfer if you do. happy growing

okay so ive got people reading my journal but not a single response. and i think this is b.s. cuz other grow journals had many people respond. so how about some responses or what my journals should look like. anyways thanks for the help seriously, i will be putting pix up later. maybe no one has grown the grand daddy pruple strain. im not trying to be a dick but, its frustrating me cuz im looking for help.

do you know anything on why? it does this every night before the lights cut off, then its fine in the morning. my leaves are looking a bit weird too now. i water it when it when the soil is almost dried out every other day. my soil p.h. is 6.3-6.8 but i think its fuckin my plant up.

Sup cuz.... Nice Lil grow... Had a plant that started drooping n I started givin her alil water everyday rather then every 3 days.... Switched to watering it everyday... Not a shitload of water... But jus keepin her wet ... She loves it... Sum r more picky j guess... N it's jus aquafina drinkin water or distilled... No additives.. This helped me... Give her sum loving toO... Talk to her.. She love it.... I would put my phone in the grow n let it play music for alittle bit.... She love it too...

i know what you mean with using just water. i been having to lately cuz when i dont, the nutes fuck it up. im guna take your advice on little bits of water everyday instead of every 2-3 days. maybe it will help out. i dont think its too young for nutes tho, i personally think its too sensitive cuz i been light with them. heres an up date on photos. check it out, i got minor problems. the first pic is a photo of the problem it has, i cant diagnose it. and the second is showing the bending technique im usin too even her top out.

looking good buddy! im growing some kens gdp as well.... where did you get yours?

I'll be watching this closely. I just started Ken's GDP in my aero system.

The first pic plant looks like Mg deficient or K,P overdose. I would only use ff grow nutrients while in veg growth once or twice a week and plain H2O in between fertilizing. Dont let your soil completely dry out water when half inch of top of the soil feels dry. Always water enough so that some water drain out the bottom. only use bloom fertilizers when flowering and flowers have formed.

Ken's GDP is a slow grower and from my experience is not nutrient sensitive.

Looking good green, just got some clones from harborside myself I'll be watching and learning good luck!
