It does resemble cal/mag defic, but i just had some plants that i thought was cal/mag but ended up being spider mites. Your plant is outside so check underneath the bad leaves... If they're clean then you know its not mites. but if it is mites you'll wanna street treating yesterday.

would have to wonder if one is actually deficient why the other in the same soil are not.
at next fertilizing I'd use a mixture of your grow and your bloom formula. if growing organically
you might need to step it up a bit with some teas, more composted goodies, some organic fert spikes, sumpin....

I'm very new to growing... Can Plants get burned from the natural sunlight outside if they've always been outside, and never indoors?

Too high a pH in soil/ medium can burn them too.

It's all about leaf surface temperature and the available co2 in the air. Excessive heat can damage plants both inside and outside, though.
