my growroom design

Attached are the images of the area of this building i will be turning into my growroom.

Room dimensions:
108cm W x 200cm L x 216cm H

the small windows you see, il tape over the glass so on the outside it appears to be a dark room on the inside, but il also cover the window cavities themselves completely for added security.
im planning on installing a discreet security door on a tight frame to not allow any light escaping, il add those sticky foam seals along the inside of the frame where the door meets it to help prevent air and light pollution in and out and to further protect the privacy of it. im going to ventilate in through the wall on the left to the outside and out through the cieling and then off elsewhere. my plans are to install a specialised air purifier unit on the intake to protect the environment inside from spores, dust, pollen, mould and smoke, and to work it through a thermostat to maintain a reasonably consistant room temperature if it becomes too warm.
the lighting, if im not given a better estimate for the amount of light im going to need (feel free to do so) then il probably go for two 600 watt lamps at both ends.
where the air is exhausted il secure a vent to the cieling and run it through my roof cavity into a carbon filter or ionizer or anything else that will work for the same application to help the smell down, the air can stay in my cieling as far as im concerned, or if it becomes an issue i can still easily add another exhaust fan out the side of my house from inside the roof cavity.

my job here is to ask what may be missing or needed, what i may be doing wrong, or what would help in my case.
and i do need to know if 1200 watts is decent enough for the area im covering?
considering also that i have to try keep the power bill down.

il be lining the walls with mylar or emergency blankets, and plus that wall on the right with exposed battons will be closed up after ive run wires for lighting to it.

wish me luck with this shit

Sounds like a good plan you have there. In my opinion 2 600 watt lights would be perfect for that size space. Have you decided what size exhaust fans you will be using? Good luck with this grow man!:blsmoke:

my innitial idea was to have a low speed large diameter exhaust fan with hinged shutters on the outside vent that close under gravity when there is no airflow, ive seen them at hardware stores, a very practical idea. im really keen on looking for a way to wire an active thermostat into the fans circuit to keep it all automatic, has anyone here done that? and how can i go about it easily?
i have some electrical knowledge from a few years back but il have to make sure im doing it right first.
holla
