My Grow-A-Box

So, with some financial backing of my own and a little bit of will power and ingenuity-I constructed this "habitat" as I dubbed it. It's almost completely air tight in the actual growing chamber sealed with weather strip around the door trim. Im using a 75 watt HPS ripped out of an exterior industrial lamp, a bathroom exhaust fan retrofitted into position as well as the usual list of timers and pump for such a set up.

These pictures were taken almost 2 weeks after the plant started it's life as a clone. I've got it running on a 18-6 veg cycle. Cal-Mg, Vitamin B, and a Botanicare Veg formula supplement the revers osmoses water i feed her. Thoughts and opinions are welcome! Don't be shy to be a dick-im trying to get this shit right! photo 2.jpg photo 1.jpg photo 5.jpgphoto 4.jpgPhoto 3.jpg

is your fan right by your light this box looks just like mine you will have heat issues if you dont put the exhaust right by the light also you need an intake of fresh air and another fan for circulation inside the box itself to blow on the plant tomake it nice and strong

Ive got a thermometer in there, it runs at about 80 degrees usually (it sits right next to a window ac unit, helps things a bunch!). I would like to invest in some sort of small fan for the inside as well.

move that termostat half way up the box off the ground, at where the plant is growing, this will give you a better reading. what is the air pump for? Is that your fresh air to the room?

Dig the forward shot of the box (door closed, normal outside lights on and such). That water container on the ground to the left of it is my resovoir for my nut! Air pump's for that.
