My girls.. with pics looking for some advice.

Here are some pics of my first grow. I think their around 1 month old. I have 4 Sylvania 6500k 1600 lumen cfls. Two fans one intake and one exhaust. As you can see the fan is blowing on the plant (I heard thats not recommended, is that right?) also my temps are running pretty high around 90 degrees. I am constrained with space, what can I do to bring the temps down?

Having the fans blow on them is good, but not at full blast. It makes the stems grow strong. Yea, 90 is way to hot. What are you going to do when those babies get bigger? Looks like a small grow space.

I got a bunch of cooling fans and strung the together on cardboard. see pic. The temp seems to be staying around 80 now. I also got an oscillating fan for the grow area for the hotter days. Thank you

My girls are around 68 days old and I just topped them. Should I wait for the new tops to develop before moving them to flower? Or can I just switch them over now. I'm getting anxious for harvest cause my stash is runnin' low. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
