Ok so quick update time..
I now have 4/4 of my plants sprouted, the oldest is about 5 days the newest just popped up this morning(Still got her seed hat on thats why the papers there so you can kinda see). Pics go oldest to youngest
Good news as far as the schwag smokage! the buds are not nearly as bad as i thought they'd be (no gas tank smell or super compressed),, it smokes ok, and gets me alright high. Plus in the 3 quarter bags ive gotten i found 20 seeds, about half look very good. Seeds for free is fine in my book

no point to grow schwag seeds when you put so much time and money into your grows.. it will take a couple of generations to make them as good as just starting with dank seeds. IMO gl anyways and happy growin

***Update***
Wow its been about 9 days from first plant germination any my have my ladies grown. the first picture is of the oldest plant which just started growing its third set of leaves, and the youngest about 5 days, which over the last day has exploded in terms of growth(its now the Biggest plant in width) The other two plants are about a week old and there second set of leaves are still growing nicely.
In other news i had 6 of the seeds i found in my more current bags germinating. Yesterday i checked them all six had a nice 1/4" sprout and were planted this morning.

i dont mind if the second batch of seeds doesn't produce the dankest. Actually for all i know the seeds could have good genetics, just a poor farmer last time.
The experience of trying to improve the strain over generations will be good experience for me,
P.S. i'm totally stoked that my plants seem green and happy,and am having a bunch of fun with the experience, i shoulda started this a lonnng time ago

So I found out today that my perlite is infused with miracle grow, I was kinda pissed but my plants seem to like it alright, luckly i had not given them any sort of extra nutes. (They are all growing quickly with no yellow growth, if they start to slow down during my 18day veg ill give them a little squirt of 1/4 diluted. Then just use my bloom fert once they start the flower cycle)
2 of the 6 newly planted chronic seeds have sprouted in like 24 hrs!*EDIT: 2 more have started to pop outta the ground, Making the total so far to 4/6*

very nice little learning setup you got going, this is my mind set for my grow i got going... like a learning experience using cheaper equipment and bag seed almost to prove theory in a sense to myself. I like it man, we should have a race, my girls are just about as big as yours and i started them on April 3rd (put the seed in a towel to germ). I am using a 40w CFL, 2 48" T5's and 2 36" T5's (both 48"s are 6500K and 36"s are full specture), just doing a simple corner of the closet grow. If I can get this girl to to get me some decent bud, then I will take the time and setup my 1000watter and Ebb and Flow table and get some chronic seeds from Holland just got to prove the fact to myself that i can grow a plant

Some good news and bad news.
Bad news: 3/6 chronic bagseed sprouts are looking rather ill they have been moist the whole time like the others but just appear yellow and unfit to be grown, they have been snubbed out,
Rather good news; the other three seem to be green and growning here they are 24hrs from pushing through soil
Other pics from the grow chamber. it looks dark because i had to put my sunglasses over the lens so you could se anything

**Updates**
I have finalized the light set up in the veg area of my chamber
4-23w soft warm, and 6-26w daylight, both with 1600lumens each. so im 16000total lumens in 3 sq ft. So im at about 5.33k lumens/ft.
two pics of my plants the first is the 14day old, growing second set of nodes right now( my growth is about the same speed as Garden Gnome's in his book, my plant is just way smaller) the other plant is bigger than the oldest, but shes still working on her first nodes.
(the other two seem to be a day or so behind the second, however the are closer to the size of my first plant when it was the same age.
Question:If my plant seems to be growing all the nodes and leaves at the correct time should i worry that they are still under sized? the two largest are 1.5" and 1.75"

dammit, this morning i introduced my plants to ferts i used a 1/4 dilute of my miracl grow and gave each plant 66mL. When i came home from work two plants (my smallest) showed significant growth.!! the two oldest had burned leaves.. it looked all orange an chemically as one leaf has taken major damage, afew other tips are burned. Shit!!
I think wheni watered i accidently got some water on the foilage because the rest of the plants look great, im super pissed at myself because i know tis will only slow my plants growth a few days. Ill post pics in a second.

Ok time for overdue updates and pics...
First off my oldest two plants (day 17 in pics) that i was stoked about are both completely trashed...they have fallen several days behind, and i wouldnt be shocked if neither of them pulled through. Total leaf burnage, orange disfigurement. Its bad and it breaks my heart.
Its True MIRACLE GROW SHOULD NOT BE USED ON PLANTS. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED
went to wal-mart they had organic suitable fish emulsion 5-1-1, for 6 bucks.. gave it to my plants who are around 15 days now. It smells like fish shit + cheese but the plants seem to like it.
the 3 cronic bagseeds are around 6 days, ill give them some nutes on 14days.
Any comments/complaints are welcome im getting lots of views but not any real feedback, i was kind discourage when nobody seemed to care that my babies were dying!!!

Ouch, sorry to hear man, I'm telling you go with Fox Farm Ocean Forest potting soil... you don't have to mess with nutes for 3 weeks, ph adjusted, organic, its the shit... my baby is still thriving.
Well it takes some people first hand experience to learn, hope your one of them. GL, with the little guys and remember less is more....
