I'm a dirt grower.
Keep the lights as close as possible the the plant. You want to keep as much light as possible directly hitting the plant so it can go through it's photosynthesis process alot easier & faster.
Keep a fan going on her too. The light breeze encourages her to grow a thicker stem so she can put up with the "wind". Do not make it a rough constant air flow. The air bruises the plants inside cells making it regain it's health & growing stronger stems. But a constant rough air flow is all damage with no healing.
If your in dirt too avoid overwatering. Your roots breath too so real wet dirt suffocates your roots. It's safe to water once a week. I usually let my dirt go dry before I water. Dry dirt encourages the roots to grow out in search of water. & when the dirt is in the process of drying that's when roots suck in air that may leak into the dirt.
Avoid using any nutes for about a month or a bit longer. Dirt cotains many natural nutes in it for the plant to use. The plants on genetics also gave it natural ntes for her to use so she can sprout. So no nutes for about a month.
& when you do start using nutes. Half the potency that is suggested is always the best idea. Gradually increase your nute feedings. Over fertilizing is common & so easy to do.
As for prunning never prune more than 1/4 of your plants mass at 1time. I usually prune before my dark hours & before I water so my plant can heal as she rest.
