They keep prying eyes away...and.....don't knock it 'til you try it. I've done the dog/cat etc thing. Never had an animal truly love me and the misses like my pythons. They are family.

That's OK, LOL.
My buddy's Ball python and his wife didn't get along.
She didn't like the snake climbing down the back of the toilet while she was utilizing it, or climbing down the light fixture while she was putting makeup on.:shock:

I have a breeding pair of balls (oo-err!). Love-em to bits but have had some nasty ones in the past. I even had a total bastard corn snake (rescue job). It's all down to how you bring them up. ATM I have 2 balls, 1 boy (4yrs) and 1 girl (3). I've had the boy since birth and the girl since about 8 months. He has been lovely from day 1. I am just about getting her the same. Handle them twice a day for half hour each time from birth and it makes all the difference.

p.s. My misses hated snakes. Now she freely admits that if she had to choose, it would me me that goes. Daft cow doesn't realise I'll be taking them with me!

Heh I inadvertently took a break....between the clouds of smoke/vapor and a few early problems I'm behind schedule. Go figure, right? :-P

But I shouldn't have that problem going forward. I have a 75 day auto going now, and a long flowering sativa...so I should have my 2nd true harvest around early May, and then the sativa about 4-6 weeks later. I haven't planned past that yet... I might try my hand at cloning the SLH for a perpetual, or if I want to try one of the Chemdawg seeds I have next..... Decisions decisions.... lol

Don't get me wrong, the snake was cool, just the wife never could get used to the fact that the snake liked to sleep on the warm light fixture, so one morning when he slithered down to say hello and scared her, he inadvertently chased her down the hall, pants around ankles.:lol:

LOL! They all have their own characters! They're like people, but more extreme. I certainly don't like all of them but I love mine, which is what counts. Most people who meet them start off 'Don't let them out' and end up 'I'll give you £200 for one of the babies" within 10 minutes. My misses has unfortunately trained them to kiss people hello which people find cute (once over the shock)

This one I'm going to veg longer under the CFL's, then they are going outside-well, one for sure anyway.

sounds like a plan. you get alot more sun they i do. i was planning on doing that in june. but, i think inside will be better for my girls :D

you should fill your backyard up. every square foot lol. the neighbors will love you

I gotta keep a lo=pro, the neighbors don't usually bother me because they all know I have guns, but I don't need the attention.
