They are happy, its thier morning glory pose lol, but I'm still trying to get the pics for that answer for but my ladies are so damn perky they want show they sad face but, you want your leafs to look like that on the top half of your plant, the leaves and fan leafs on the bottom they should be very close to pointing straight out to the side, but if your leafs are less than that they may need water if you watch them enough you can tell when they are happy, sad, sleepy(yes sleepy), when they are sick (now real quick most of us grow a certain attachment to these plants because we dedicate so much of ourselves to them, and if we see the smallest blemish we sometimes may freak out, don't let it stress they are some strong plants "remember bumps" just take a closer look at leafs on trees and plants outside you will see they are rough looking, but we dont notice because we don't care and they still grow) so with that being said sometimes just sit back breath and figure out whats wrong with her, dammit I can go snag pics from the net but I want my own pics for example "this will be one of my information post to make with pics when I start my thread (sorry thinking out loud) soooo, they are a unique plant that really needs you to "listen"to them.

Chief you're a terrible person for just liking that!
Lmfao, it may be that hot but there okay as long as its not prolonged and they deal with this and worse in nature, and if you have a fan blowing on the canopy 90 degrees is not the true heat of the plant they are being cooled instantly.

I'm annoyed. One is droppy and sad looking but green and healthy she just hangs I stick my finger down on the edge of the pot and she is bone dry down to my 3rd knuckle. in the center about 1 inch down is dark soil. It's not wet but it is moist. Should I water her? Is that what she wants? I've watered every day and it keeps drying out like that. Is she thirsty or am I over watering?

Do you have pics?

Dont always go by the finger test, get use to checking the weight of the pot while its wet and while its dry, pick it up right after watering and watch the leafs they should perk up in a day or so, and after that when they start to droop some pick up the pot and feel the weight of it, if its light while its droopy then water, also if you have to water everyday your not giving it enough at one time, I myself water them when I see they need it, so every 2-4 days half a gallon at a time each. So I really suggest getting a feel of the weight and watching the leafs perkiness together, its also god to let them get extra thirsty from time to time to not have the roots constantly in moist soil, at this can rot them and make them lazy (thats a whole nother subject) but you want them to breathe a bit.
