Thank you and everyone for there help and advice. I like keeping my journal updated so I can go back and look at everything from start to finish and will continue to keep updated with pictures. I am getting ready for harvest on one of the plants and will def post pictures of everything and post my final yield.

Actually they dont even look that bad. You have a fuck load of bottom bud sites, the tops are of a decent size for a plant grown like that in week 5. I bet that pheno could make some big tops with some canopy control.

And it's like week 6 or so now I never kept track of the date I planted or switched to flower. I use this journal as a general guide tbh. Like I said I made many mistakes but def have learned from them

Your first grow is turning out pretty well. Some people believe you got nutrient burns but I somewhat disagree. First because the way your leaves were dying, which seemed more like nitrogen deficiency (and that's ok by the end of flowering, excess N will give the smoke a bad taste). Second, you are using GH/GO Go Box, in which all products are organic. It's pretty hard to get nutrient burns with organics.

Also, when you are using organic fertilizers, you normally don't need to flush. In fact, you shouldn't flush with organics because it would wash out a lot of the beneficial microorganisms. Some people growing organically feed their plants until the day of harvest!

Thank you and I think that was my major problem also after A LOT of researching.I think I was also under feeding them for a while because now I have gone to heavy feeding schedule problems have seemed to stop. Also what I am going to do is just cut way down on nutes and probably just flush it like 24 hours before I chop it because I have read it makes the smoke smoother.

Nah no need the flush unless your plant is showing toxic signs. Just harvest when the soil is dry before the lights come on bro. flush 24hrs before chop won't make a difference

Ok thanks and that's exactly why I come on here and ask questions from people more knowledgable then myself . I see some people flush a week before some don't so I figured I would kinda just meet in the middle haha but I will follow your advice. They smell so skunky and delicious no chemical smell at all so it makes sense. Also I did read to do it before lights come on so I def will do just that. I ordered a 60x loupe tho before i do anything with the other plants so I can see the trichomes better because it is hard to tell if there milky or clear with the 30x I have now

I have just started reading and watching videos and I just realized that myself haha. It's going to be way more difficult then I anticipated. I need to find a adequate place to do this at bc I don't have any spare bedrooms or anything and want to keep smell down and quality up and do it correctly so I got a lot of thinking to do

View attachment 3592102 View attachment 3592103 View attachment 3592104 View attachment 3592098 I think I realized why I was having so many leaves die prematurely. I had the plants to close to my 600w hid and it was just wrecking havoc on the plants overall health. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Yea i had my 600w hps (with no cooling) too close and started to get leaf burn. Plants still seemed healthy, leaves seemed a little dry though. the light was 18" away from top of plants, i have now lifted to 24" and so far so good. If your light is too close you will start to get a very distinct burn look at the tips of the leaves. some say the burn looks metalic under some lights?! And dont forget you
shouldnt have the same amounts of nitrogen in the flowering stage so dont expect all the leaves to look as healthy as they did in veg.

Mine had cooling and good exhaust but after the stretch one of them was like 5 inches from the glass haha. Somebody on my page said move it or it will burn and taste like shit so I did just that. I didn't expect or plan on my plants more then doubling in size haha so I had to rehang the whole light and exhaust system

Look great dude, but future I would get the lights closer to the seedlings, once they have there first true leafs straight under the 600 hps,but if you can get a t5 far more cost effective.

But looking at the plants later on they are doing really well, top job .

I prefer to harvest when everything is really milky with some trichomes going amber here and there.

Nice looking bud on the last pic!
