Hey bro welcome an good luck !! U should start reading up and researching on YouTube and this forum etc to develop some basic skill... Which is all u need and it's pretty easy even though it sounds complicated to grow good and do it well.

The most important advice? You need to replicate its natural environment and make sure this environment doesn't break down!

It includes nutes,lights,air,temps etc.

Upgrade ur light to a basic 250watt HPS and hid ballast Or if u want to stick with cfl you will def need to get a few more in there.. More light =more bud . Try to get a blue and white spectrum for the veg stage ten a red/amber spectrum for its later stages in flower. But hid are the best IMO that should help for now to get your plants to develop at its early stages which is very important, it's always better to slightly under feed than over feed.

Keep the medium (soil) moist at all times but never dry or soaked.
And get a fan in the room :)
Start with
That and it's already a massive improvement .

Feel free to MSG me if u need advice. I'm always happy to help a fellow grower

P.s when you transplant later on into a bigger pot don't forget to bury those long stretchy stem with it lol. Bury it up to the first set of leaves or close to to keep them short since it looks like I'll have space issues with that little room

Light distance is perfect just get those lights pointed down at the plants not sideways.. Your losing valuable light because you have no reflector the light goes up.. Until you get a reflector change the angle of the lights so they shine the light down.. If you can buy some "Mylar" it's reflective material you can buy in a roll .. Put it all over your room the floor, the walls, the ceiling etc so escaping light bounces back into the room and back onto plants

hey guys just wanted to do a little update on my babies. they are about a week old in these pics.

i got a timer from home depot, it was very cheap and it is running on a 16/8 cycle not sure if that is correct?
. 1 week - Copy.jpg

these are pictures of my plants on a side and eagle eye view.

this plant has not grown much since i got it. the leaves look like its kinda getting burnt? anyone know why?
1week (3).jpg1week (6).jpg

this plant was stretched out so i replanted it in the same cup and buried the stem. it may still look stretched but its way better then before.
1week (4).jpg1week (5).jpg

this plant as well was stretched. when i replanted it. the leaves became droopy im guessing because of stress? and also if you look at one of the leaves it looks like it has a burn as well. maybe from when it was stretched?
1week (7).jpg1week (8).jpg

this plant is looking healthy to me. but im new to this so you let me know if it is.
1week (9).jpg1week (10).jpg

im also planning to make a new grow room. i need it to be more stealth like.

I see that you have a new light! Do you know what the spectrum is for them both? You want mostly 6500k (natural daylight) for veg, and mostly 2700k (warm light) when you flower (in case you didn't know). Also what is the wattage on your lights? I know wal-mart sells both the daylight and warm spectrum in 23 watts. You could get several of those and grow successfully in a small place! How close are you putting your lights? Usually the leaf damage that you have can be from having the lights a bit too close. I'd aim for around 3 inches from the plants.

It could be from an abundance of nutes in your soil as well...what are you using? You want something that is mixed with perlite (or mix it in yourself, is real cheap at wal-mart) and it's much easier to start with an organic soil that doesn't have many nutrients so you have control over the flow (organic soil is cheap at wal-mart too and often pre mixed with perlite). The perlite is really really important to have. That soil has to allow for adequate air to get to the plant or the roots will suffocate. This is an example of what a good mix would look like:

You're only watering and not fertilizing right?

Your other plants are looking pretty healthy though, nice even and green color!
