My First Grow

I did rip some roots on a few plants during transplanting and i think a few are showing signs of it already the leaves went straight down and starting sagging. I have a foliar spray I made a few days ago with house & garden magic green and humboldt sticky. Im thinking maybe giving the plants a good spray right at lights out.

Don't spray them at lights out. If you must, do it early or raise the lights for a few mins. after drop the lights again. I don't foliar spry my girls anymore unless they are really hurting.
Don't worry about a few roots, if they were a bit root bound I would have ripped them apart at the bottom so they can reach the new soil faster. Yes it's a bit of stress but the bounce back fine. This is another reason I like the smart pots. The roots are all air pruned and there is no need to damage and roots when transplanting.

I just placed an order for the smart pots for my next grow and a few for my vegetables! Thanks for the advice! Just checked them out and all are looking really good except for the one monster power skunk but it looks better than it did last night so I think they should make it

I picked up the 3,5,7 gallon pots! 10 of each
I just filled four 7gals pots and they take a sh!tload of soil :) I think the girls are going to get very big in these and watering won't be a problem for at least a few weeks.
I really don't mean to over sell these and I don't have any stock in them either. One other thing that I was unsure about before using them is I thought they should be taller and was disappointed that they weren't. Almost didn't try them, you know when your on the fence it's the smallest things that could make the difference. Well after using them I see way they would want to do it this way. Wider base dose two things IMO, one is it helps the plant grow wider a good thing indoors and out. The second is wider is more stable harder to topple over and the plant uses the room anyway so it's not like it's taking up space. Brilliant.. Hope you like them. Not cheap, but they are reusable, light, store more easily (less space)...... here I go again, you won't hear another peep out of me about the SPs.
