I think that was good germination technique for a beginner but what more can we say? There's no pics no lights no medium or water or nutes or plans or anything so that's all I can say.

I was wondering if they are growing at an above, below,or average rate. Also,my potting soil is "Potting Mix with Miracle Grow"

sounds right they popped out the soil all you can really expect at this point. I say make sure you get a oscillating fan to blow on their stems and get your light (CFLs?) a couple inches away from tops of plants. Don't want tall plants right now you want lots of foliage. Make sure not to overwater when using that miracle grow the water will release the ferts in the soil and your seedlings don't need any ferts yet. They might burn they might not but they should usually bounce back in time I have grown many succesful crops planting straight into MG. Don't need to fertilize for a month or two probably.

I was wondering if anyone could estimate on when i should repot my plants,do you guys go based on height or time its been in the "pot" or another way? There are only 4 plants that MAY need to be repotted, they are all 4-5in.
