Only way to tes for light leaks that i have found is sit for 10 mins with your eyes closed .

In the dark room....when you finally open your eyes you should be able to hit yourself in the face without sensing it coming .
I thought my first few runs where the genetics cause i did everything perfect..

Then i learned that light leaks throuhh spray foam and mylar ducting :)

Nanners are some of the most easiest things to piss me off unless i know i stressed em and expect it.

Its when i dont expect them that pisses me off lol

Thanks for the reply! The only thing that I could think of to stress the plants out in the 4x4 is not enough fresh air going in. And honestly, I caught one of my buddies peaking in the room with his phone light on, and I know for sure the 4x4 isn't 100% sealed(cause I wanted more fresh air coming in). Found out yesterday that he has done that multiple times without telling me. And within the same day, I heard that just a flash of a phone can cause stress to plants... Not trying to blame it on him, cause im sure like you said, im a noobie. The plant I just took a pic of was actually healthy, the upper leaves look a little funny right now, I will take more pics tho, I might be missing something. When and how is the best way to take pics, there are no lights in the room. Just tents and grow lights in the tents. Just use flash in the dark exactly when lights turn off, or when they are about to come on?

When i want to take pics i wait till just before lights on and after lights off.

But if i do it when lights go off i turn on cheap led shop light and use it to work in that way the plants dont think its dark then get a flash of light.

Same for before lights on. Just use the shop light to wake them up.

Few minutes late or early wont piss them off .

But flash of light at nihht time are a sure way to test for nanner resistance ha ha

haha yes indeed!! at least something good comes out of it. The rest of the plants are doing actually really good though. Producing some hefty buds and frost.
What I have learned so far though:

1.know how long to veg with the number of plants in grow room. 7 plants in a 5x5 for 4-4.5 weeks veg was honestly way to long. It was extremely overcrowded. If those 4 in the 5x5 haven't hermied, I would have ran out of room. Cause the 3 are basically taking up the whole entire 5x5.

2.Don't mix strains, I have one tall ass sativa in the 5x5

3.Know how to control humidity right from the get go

4.Don't let friend enter room ever... Kind of pisses me off, but it is what it is, gotta smoke it off.

5.Keep plants low, they kind of got to close to the light and had some light burn on some leaves(that might be the discolor you are seeing possibly.

6.Switch to tubs next grow instead(So I can easily reach them) of buckets and get a sub pump to pump out the water, because manually changing each one in a crammed room with a siphon pump just isn't cutting it.

@Cold$moke Seriously man you are the best haha I think you are the first ones to help me when I first joined this forum. rollitup needs to start paying you haha I will take pics when the lights are about to turn on again, I can't when they turn off, will be at work.

Next grow(Here in about a month), I plan on just posting a grow journal, updating week by week with pics, nutes, ppm, PH, strain, light, equipment, basically everything. That way it can help me out and the noobs reading out. This forum is amazing.
