good thing you did that mate.i've read that any skunk cross would stink your place.i love that smell but if you have to go undercover..better be prepared :D .i'll be fixing my set up soon enough.i'll go vertically..see how it goes.Check it when it's ready :D . I'll also be posting my harvest when it's a little more dried. I think it needs 2-3 days tops..

they look great cdd that bagseed should fill in nice hows the smell on that one?
Well they smell a little earthy they aren't really stinking I guess you could say, is that bad? Lol also got another question. You think i could fit four plants in the 3x3 tent? Five gallon pots. Or should I just go with two or three plants. Or should I use 3 gallon pots.. I would rather use 5 gallon.

Hi cdd.

Been a little busy lately so didn't post much.

Your plants are looking really nice and your doing well.

Lol at twice a day checking comment. Still twice as much as me, once a day is sufficient for me, they don't change that much between 6 hours and I cant be asked checking on them at 2-3am in the morning.

Really seeing the Sativa in the Kerala come out. My WWxS#1 also has a cola that is stretched double the height of the other plants, although the rest of its colas are about even with the canopy. I am really pleased with the three strains I have as 2 are indica and one looks really Sativa dominant from the leaves so good variation of smoke.

Going to transplant the two clones today outside so ill take a couple of pictures when I do that and post them up. My one plant outside has been lst all over the shop, trying to make it much more bushy and less stretchy, its interesting that its leaves are much more indica dominant considering it is also wwxs#1. Same strain different phenol showing so much variation, perhaps hydro to outside also affecting the grow tendency as well, its all very interesting to watch.

My GSC is still shit so I think while I am on a transplanting mission I might start another seed, going to perhaps root it out in propagator though rather than direct to soil as it seems temperamental seeds.

I'd say use 3 gallon if you want 4 plants in there as 5 gallons will create a bigger root structure, larger plant and it might get a bit tight.

Anyway off to my local Bunnings to pick up some mid size pots and more soil, doing well and keep it up Cdd, love seeing the updates.

Thanks mate, we had some rain over the last week or so which has been really nice as it seems like the plants are really loving it and doing well. As it happened I got my pots, transplanted the clones, came back home and then we had a nice sun shower, just enough rain to give the clones what they needed but not so much as the roots would get waterlogged.

Seems like the weather is not being as much of a bitch to me now and giving my plants what they need. I was quite surprised with the recovery rate as it has only been 5 days and all the leaves that were looking shredded have mostly dropped off or were pulled off by me, didn't leave many larger fan leaves, but since I checked last the whole plant has basically revived herself.

Here are some photos, down to 13 hours light at the end of the month so will be interesting to see how much growth those two little clones get in their new pots before thinking its time to flower, the root structure was some what limited on them but looked healthy, kind of just an experiment, last minute planting clones outside at the end of the season.

I am guessing this girl is going to be a little lower yielder due to all the issues, but its good that I learnt the problems I face in this city and have a better understanding for next season.

My two fem clones. One is White widow x Skunk #1 and the other is Sage n Sour (no idea which is which at the moment).

I have a plan to get my lights up allllll the way to the top of the tent. I'm gonna use these swag hooks (pic one) and drill them into my ceiling drywall. Then I'm gonna use this chain instead and hang down through the two top port holes that I'm not using. Think that sounds like an alright idea?
It will give me an extra 8-10"

Well it says they hold a 15 pound limit. The tent frame says it holds a 13 pound limit. Surely the socket and reflector don't weigh over 15..

Have you got a power bill with your 400w light yet?

My power is roughly .30 per kw/h it worked out that with the 400w light, cfl light, extractor fan, pumps for water, air stones 24/7

added

$300, OUCH!!!

that is $100 per month over three month period.

I did run the 400w MH light for at least a month I think before I switched to 12/12 flower so I wont be doing that again, that will save 6 hours light per day. I think ill be running veg under my CFL light and then straight into flower. I have also put the little fans on a timer and I think in winter grows ill be adding a timer to my exhaust fan to ensure steady temps but also to save on power a bit more.

Oh if you were wondering that doubled my power bill, how the hell can people run multiple 1000w hps systems and not get noticed by the power company??

Well I pay. 09/kwh and it's winter here so my bill was $290 with twenty degree weather all the way down to - 3 degrees so I guess not too bad. But this will be the first bill on 12/12 this month
