My first CFL grow!!!

no prob .. show ur pics away man. but yeah 2 pack of bulbs were 9.99 and everything else i had.... these getto grows can go anywhere from 0 to 100 or more. depending on how crazy u wanna go

hahah i got 420 views on this thread! so here are the pics i promised. i think i should give them names so it is easier to follow for u and me.

.party cup is wanda shes 4 days old from seed
.small fruitt cup is shakira shes 2 days old
. other fruit cup is jenny and she is 3 days old.
.this is the oldest kathy with jenny. she is around 17 days old.

.and then the rest of the pics are them all together.. so i have watered once with 1/4 strength nutes. i finally got a thermometer and hydrometer. my temperature is a constant 80 degrees. is that good? all seems good . but i got a question to everyone--- is it possible to see pistols on a plant this young without goiing to 12/12 . i just think it looks like i have some.. but i am a noob and a big pot head so who knows???!!! lol haha

hay man if your runnin low on space i wold put them into flower, alot of people say that you need at least a couple weeks of veg befor 12/12 but mine were 12/12 from seed so start to flower whenever you want really, an im thinkin im ganna get like 7-10 grams per plant dont know till there done

yeah im thinking im going to wait to the three week mark to start flowering..tyrent are you only gonna get 8 to 10 g because of the strain or because u started 12 12 earlier? after i go to 12 12 should i wait to see sex before i give it flower nutes???? my biggest plant(kathy) will be 3 weeks on monday. and is about 5 inch tall but bushy! as u see in pre pics.

i'm only ganna get that much because of the 12/12 light schedual and the strain, and how i grew it, i could have done things to get a greater yeald like LSTing it or vegging it longer and toping or fimming, exc. but i wanted to see how this wold turn out without doing anything just letting it grow free. if you get a auto flowering strain you can get way more aswell in less time/space. i suggest not giving it nutes tell you know what the sex is, should only be like a week or two, if that, after switching lights to 12 12. hope this helps

hello again so todya is the 16th and i got more pics for ya. today the biggest plant is 19 days old from seed. and the other two i have are 5 and 6 days old. i did have 4 plants butt threw one away because he was a runt. i added a couple more 23 watt cfls so now i have 8 in total . very bright. i just wish i started with all the lights i have now! would of been a whole lot better. oh yeah yesterday i topped my largest. i was nervous to do it but it went very well!!!! im glad i did it. there is small growth too !!! so here are the pics hope you enjoy. most are of the biggest plant and then some of the smaller ones ... peace!!!

hey, looks great! got lots of light but i think you may need a few more soon enough. but they do look really nice and compact. ill be watching this grow

ok so today the largest plant (kathy) is around 22 days old today and the other little ones are on day 8 and 9. since i have topped the plant , new growth is appearing everywheres. but i do notice that she is really bushy. take A LOOK at the pics and tell me what you think. its almost like its to bushy and light cant get to the new growth underneath . i have side lighting.. but i was thinking that i should move it down from the light some? will that help it . or with my limited space should i let it get bushy. i really want to start 12/ 12 but i got to get a timer first. please look at the pics and tell me whatever u think.

Damn she is a lil bush haha, she should be fine, have you looked into topping? that would let some of that inner growth grow out and become a lil canopy
