If I ever visit CO I will be sure to... are you familiar with the state to state laws in regards to medical marijuana? So say I have my Medical Recommendation in California, is that Valid in Colorado?

i am also interested if my recommendation is valid in other MJ states.
If your a medical grower, are you getting a % of the sales? or are you selling it strait up for a cost?

Yea i thought about opening a co-op but then all those things ran through my mind, I have them all now, why though it away to open a state legal federally illegal business and risk meeting the DEA.... not for me, I'll continue to be a customer and I have long forgot about opening my own.. till i see something like this...

Most states do not recognize recommendations from other states, but there maybe a few soon. I think Hawaii, due to the tourism and the island hopping, is trying to building this type of thing into it's MMJ law.

There's your problem ,You built WHAT?You line your pockets with what you manipulated out of an OZ,I never knew you could get 10 eighths out of 28 grams,Bags are not part of the weight.We our in fact at the same location for three years now and always growing including the new coffee shop for patients relaxation CT Hall.Top that one Cowboy.The lab we have expanded on and added new contractors to run it.We have several new products including:The hash oil for leafage program I dreamed of,Free for all indigent patients.We offer no less than thirty different baked items and at least twenty candy items with fresh juice machine offering drinks ice cold medicated.And on the way out will hand them their old glass looking new out of our super sonic scrubber.Oh don't forget your book from our lending library either.Still got any game

WOW, I have been to a lot of clubs in LA and have heard of similar set ups but never been to one. I have been wanting to open a club like this myself but kinda scary to put out the money needed to open a decent club and have the Feds come a knocking just as you are starting to get a good reputation and a nice steady membership. I think it is very important for a club to have compassion. Like anything, no mater what it is, for free for all indigent patients is something that needs to be done at more clubs. My limited knowledge of the CA law is that it is set up more for non-profits to operate and run but I have not seen a whole lot of clubs with compassion, let alone prices that a non-profit would be offering I am sure! I'm not saying the clubs can't or even shouldn't make a lot of money, this IS what the American Dream is all about right? But it should offer more for it's, well based on my experience and lack of a better word, customers than just overpriced high quality bud and if you are lucky maybe get decent edibles or hash.


I will more than likely never get up to visit the location and I don't care about any squabbles you have with someone else, but if it is true what you say, then you have done a fine job and should be commended. If it is not true then hopefully some of these ideas will come to fruition at more clubs throughout the country.
