I was smoking and talking with a friend of mine and he was like 'dude dont use the AG nutes omg!' and I was like uh.. how do you even know what those are...?

comin along. when i flushed and added new water yesterday i used tiger bloom and big bloom instead of the grow big. they aren't quite to the stretching part of flowering yet so ima keep boosting those nuggs. when the res runs low (depending on what the plants are doing) ill add the grow big and big bloom. and raise the lights a bit. so far i havent taken the AG hood off. what do you guys use to suspend the light?

I just suspended my hood yesterday.. I went to home depot and bought some metal link chain... about 5 bux worth a couple of S hooks. Then I rigged it onto the hood and tied the chains up above the AG.. I cant really explain it but I'll take some pix and post them....

my ph wont stop dropping. how do you guys add ph up or down. i feel like when the water in my res is low im just dripping it on the roots. i cant wait for my digi ph and ppm meter gets there. the plants are lookin baaaaaaaaad tho. suck.
almost all the leaves on this plant look like this now
the bottom leaves although not spotting as much as the leaves on the cola are yellowing and dying
plant on the other side of the res. didnt start out as bad as the first but now is

Fuck dude... did you try flushin the rez and runnin it with no nutes...
I always ad the Ph Down stuff to the pre-mixed gallon... before I put it in the rez...
Are you using tap water?
I realized the only water that had a reasonale pH was fuckin Poland Springs... it seems to work. I usually add about 10 drops per gallon + 1.5 AG Nute Tab..
I know you use the FF nutes but its an option.....
Also...
Maybe somebody more experienced will hurry up and give some other suggestions...

The buds that are forming look nice despite the leaf discoloration.
IDK about pH dropping on its on in the AG though... might be the amount of plant waste in your res or some nutrient buildup.
I have noticed that when I change my res water theres all of this kind of gunky shit at the bottom, sometimes if I let nutrients sit in my res for a few mins with water they just settle to the bottom on their own, I just give it a good mix up with a big spoon until it looks homogenous again. (using FF nutes, grow big HYDRO)
I usually throw 13-14 drops of pH down in every gallon right when I open it, give it a few good shakes and let it sit out so the pH equalizes with all the new goodies.
If you KNOW what your pH is in your AG you can put drops directly in there, I did it all the time and nothing has happened to my plants.
pH down is more of an issue than pH up is, pH down can be an irritant, pH up is pretty much harmless compared to pH down.
Also, the slow drip when there is no water is fine, thats a true 'aeroponic' system, the roots just get a little dribble of nutrients all down the roots, instead of having a pool of water to grow down into.

Really? I almost never check my pH, I only check it when I load my nutrients up, then I check it again the next day and I just leave it alone after that.

flushing yesterday and today. i cant tell if they are looking worse or the same. yea thankfully the buds dont seem to be affected. the pictures dont really do them justice. they look terrible. hella chickenpox. and now the leaves that i didnt cut yesterday are dying from the pox. gunna keep the flush going for another day or so. i cant wait for my meter's to get here. ive got some hygrozyme coming too. my roots are a little brown. i think the plant that i cut roots are slowly decaying. causing all kinds of problems. they are still alive! for now at least. and if they should kick off soon my buddy has fresh cutting's of hash plant and skunk #1 that will be ready in a few weeks.

i really dont know what to do. im flushing with PHed water. have been for at least 24 hrs now. the PH still seems to be dropping. i added some up. they are getting worse. ill keep posting pics untill i figure it out, or they kick the bucket. for some reason my stupid camera wont focus so sometimes they dont look as bad as they actually are. the spots are spreading and starting to crispify leaves left and right. sigh. FRUSTRATING!

I don't think its killing your plant, but that really doesn't look like any of the general nutrient deficiency/temp/pH problems.
What is your humidity at?
You might want to try foliar feeding on a plant or two to see if that gets rid of the crispyness.
Your roots are definitely tangled so you can't isolate one plant and try to epsom salt it to see if that fixes it.
The pH dropping might be a sign, if they have nothing but pH'd water.
Definitely make a post in the sick plant forum and see if someone can shine some light on this.
