I'd shut down the op or plant veggies... Your landlord shouldnt have anybody in your apartment period. I record my apartment door with my Laptop camera (alot of Landlords snoop around when they think your at work) its a cheap program look into it.

what if i kept them at veg stage for a while can you get in trouble if your plants are only vegging?
