Music?

Just wondering if anyone has used music playing by their plants throughout growth and had good results...have heard that classical is good for plants, makes them grow faster, however this sounds like a myth lol..

Right after i posted this i thought i should probably check if the mythbusters did this one..sure as shyte they did..

ClAssical will only make your plants pretentious and uptight.

Play them some Charlie Parker.

Then they'll grow really fast AND swing.

Wasn't there a device of some kind,it was metal I can't remember about it,but it was to make plants grow better.
Know what I'm talking about? Someone must have tried it if I could remember it...

Yes it does,I played classical and got 19oz off 4.
the classical helps as well as taking good care of your plants,there is quite a lot of info on music for your plants on the net,it's up to you.

I have heard that playing anything in 432Hz is effective, but I haven't done much research on this theory.

It appears that heavy metal is ideal for growing plants. I may let them listen to some Five Finger Death Punch now

Fuck, I need some computer speakers, another Ipod, a usb and some EDM stat! ... Just because that's my thing, If i would not listen to death metal on a loop, I will not subject my lovelies to it... lol

I've been thinking about this a long time as well, and figure if the music is louder than other (fans, ac's etc) if a snoopy officer friendly puts his ear to the window all they would hear is some sick ass bass dropping... Then probably figure the high electric bill is from crazy strobe lights and shit LMFAO! Fuck it, it's worth a shot!

i actually saw that mythbusters episode and.. i had actually decided prior to the grow that i would have music.. we'll find out last ck had no music and was in a 5 gal this ck will have music and be in a 8 gal.. i'm expecting more of a yield obviously but.. its all about the % increase and some math.. i'm trying to learn how to maximize and optimize in every aspect so if they proved it to work.. it sure as heck will be on 24 mophuckin 7

My plants listen to jazz, that is the only radio station that comes out that deep in the boonies, and I like jazz, so my girls have to like jazz, it just makes sense

music was meant to cover up the humm of the old school mag ballasts,IMO

weed growers are so funny
There are so many ways to grow healthy plants that go ignored but maybe classical music and death metal will get my yield up?
