Hey.. i was wondering if anyone else has tried this product.. i started working out 2 months ago. I found it hard to take in enough protein via regular meals.. so i found muscle milk helps make up the difference. This stuff tastes great :D

yeah its true but you need to know your over all cal intake and protein ratio to other carbs and fat.

not to mention that studies shows that weed + working out = srs shit/low test

Agreed :P If not it's good enough that the comment about it is irrelevant :D

I'm kinda in your boat MG, aside from the fact that i don't work out. But! i would like to work out at some point but know that i'#d just do more damage than good, i'd need some form of nice (most are horrrrible!) shake of sorts. Fuck muscles i just need to put on some weight :p lil bit too thin me thinks.
