I am all about qoutes of the day, but this one I lol'ed at. Maybe I need to follow the sport, or sports, to follow it. But isnt that somewhat obvious :???:

Hey guys could use some help if you got time. I'm having some heat issues in my tent. I hit 86 for atleast a couple hours last night. A make-shift setup until I could properly rectify the situation today caused the tent to get sucked tight against the box fan fan due to the negative pressure and sucking in of the tent. I have an A/C unit installed in the window and the room my tent is in is 64-66F. I removed a couple feet I could spare to lose on my exhaust ducting. as well as did some rearranging to what I hope is a better setup. My temps are 78 but I feel that I am not getting the full effect of the air conditioner, and summer is just starting.

The way I'm set up is I got 3 vents in the tent. One in the back top left side. one on the back top left of the TOP of the tent (this one is bent at an elbow coming into the tent and one on the left bottom side of the tent. Through the vent in the back of the tent I have the exhaust duct that comes out from my hood (got a 440 cfm fan with the carbon filter on this).Through the vent on the bottom left side I have my power cords running though. On the outside of the tent I then have a 120ish cfm fan blowing air (hopefully cooler since I put an A/C unit in the window a couple days ago). I think this might be the issue, since the fan is 6 ft off the ground the air may not be cool enough that high off the floor to actually matter.

Having said that I think I came up with another tweek that might help. if I run the power lines through the vent in the top and put the 120 cfm inline on the bottom left side I might be able to draw colder air since I will only be a few inches off the floor. I hope this makes sense, I am not sure exactly how I need to have my tent set up and have gone though 3 or 4 different arrangements. Still learning from everyones comments here.

I read, then re-read that. That Hash Oil is an ass kicker. I think your conclusion is on the right path. Hot air rises so intake should be low. Throw some pics if you have them. It's hard to tell the tents set-up.

If you can draw out a diagram of your set up that would help too, here is a pic of my tent set up.....

Edit: well that used to be my set up cause now I got a 6" 440 CFM Fan instead of 4" for my exhaust which exhaust right out my window so the air is never in the same room of my tent. Hope that helps....

All right everyone. Needing some help with these spider mites. I have been using the Natria but I am trying to put a treatment plan together and looking for some input. If ya do a search for spider mite treatment, you get overloaded with whats out there and of course there's are the best. I know about the good ole Neem Oil and I remember Dan using the Doktor Doom foggers with success. I also hear good thing about both Azamax and Azatrol which are both basically the same. From what I have read they can be used in flower also so that would be perfect for me.

Just trying to get some input from you guys and gals that have fought the battle against these fuckers. I am not sure if complete eradication is hopeless but with a good treatment and prevention plan in place, I should be able to keep em at bay.

hey big, i used azamax and put a no pest strip in my room. i havent seen any mites or anything in 2 weeks. i cant smell the strip and just harvested a blueberry that has no ill taste or smell. works great for me. hope this helps ya out big.

hey big, i used azamax and put a no pest strip in my room. i havent seen any mites or anything in 2 weeks. i cant smell the strip and just harvested a blueberry that has no ill taste or smell. works great for me. hope this helps ya out big.
Hell ya hammer, thanks for the reply. I got a hot shot in there now and hit em again this morning with the Natria. Ordered the Doktor Dooms yesterday and gonna look local for the Azamax or hopefully something comparable. Maybe just go with the Neem Oil because I can get that local for sure. Damn shipping kills ya when ya try and order anything.
