Multiple plant problems *Please help!*

So I've recently started a 15 plant garden in my garage and am currently on week 2 of their Veg cycle and I've been seeing problems with my plants after feeding.

Nutrients: I fed each plant (multi strain) GH Flora expert drain to waste series of nutes (read chart below) at 1/4 strength then added 1/4 strength of CALiMAGic ~350 total ppm

Grow Medium: Coco Coir/Perlite/Castings @ 50/40/10

Container: Fabric pot

I lowered the PPM of the nutrients to compensate for the worm castings I have in the coco @ ~300 ppm making the grand total at just under 700 ppm total nutrient strength for week 2. Any ideas as to what is going wrong?

How often are you watering?
Also, do you have fresh air flowing around in there?

I water about mid week and give fert every weekend

I have a cage fan that is pointed up and circulates the air. The room is sealed for CO2 enrichment and stays in the high to mid 70s for temperature.

Man it looks like you have bugs or some shit. Have you looked under your leafs? I grow with Cal-Mag and Floranova Bloom! Even in veg I use FloraNova Bloom. Its the best way IMO. I also feed way hotter than 300 ppm.
Do you have anything to Foliar spray them with? Liquid Karma?

Have Superthrive and epsom salts also a calcium foliar spray powder.

Dude it looks like something is eating your leaf. Either a mold or a bug.
Have you checked under those bottom leaves?
Try to separate the plant and take better pics because I cant really tell much

Might wanna dig a little into your medium and see if some bugs is trying to eat your roots. Also maybe taking a damaged leaf under a scope to see if you see some fuckers moving or something,

- Update -

I sat down and tried to narrow down what it could be and here are the indicators:

They started looking bad after my last feeding
I think I watered them too much as the soil was still moist almost a week after their last feeding
There are many different types of deficiencies (not pictured) and I am feeding them the most well rounded nutrients I could find
I scraped down into some roots and looked at them and they looked healthy and white not burned.

Conclusion:
I think it's a problem with not feeding them enough, I looked under most of the leaves and there isn't anything eating them except the occasional rare spider mite colony but my regular pesticide schedule and the higher humidity usually helps keep them down. I also checked the soil and I saw nothing living inside it although I wouldn't expect coco to be a prime spot for bugs anyway.

I mixed a new batch of nutrients at 1/2 strength (instead of 1/4) and fed them solution just under 700ppm @ ~ 5.8PH during their night cycle after I applied a foliar spray with Epsom salt and 2% soap to kill bugs. I'm thinking the foliar spray will minimize water uptake also.
