GOAL AND MISSION STATEMENT

To provide myself with the most cost effective way of obtaining quality medicine. i have my hands full with pheno hunting. I wish to venture off more into the CBD strains. Due to so many strains, i will be forced to run 1 strain per light, pending the veg plants have enough clones to pull. Most strains will miss the 1st round. I hope to show everyone the day to day efforts that go into a medical marijuana garden.

Beautiful! Astounding! That is one heck of a line up! No way to go wrong with Gavita! It looks like you have your equipment game on lock. Obviously you've done this before.

The doorbell rang!! Just got my 8x 20ft 240v power cords from Monster Gardens...cant find them in Canada.

More construction pictures to come. Tested my exhaust to outside, minimal sound and tons of air movement! Panda film and frames should be up in the next few days, have a utility sink to re-plumb out of the grow space. Time pending il be bringing home 7-10 bales of Promix and cutting clones.

Things are coming along. I am behind schedule unfortunately. Recovering from surgery and building a grow room is tough but the love of the labour keeps me going.

Im still not sure what to do with this many strains. I will be putting 9 plants under each light, each of these mini-moms should pull 9-12 clones.

Been using 1x2x8s to do the framing, lots of duct work in the roof to skip across and frame. Still need to add stud supports. Hanging the panda film might be a bitch, entrance ways to the rooms will be zippers. Will also be relocating the electrical work.

Room A is all panda filmed, need a few more staples should be good to go. Ready for lights and fans. Room B will look the exact same.

Going to have to re-plumb a tub sink to outside the grow room, still figuring out what to do with the hot/cold lines so close to my electrical.

Can you move the sink a few feet to the left?

On the other side of that 2x6 would be ok
Your probably right, thats my best bet. Unfortunately its under the stairs and i wanted to grow in that space hopefully i can save some real estate. I was thinking, if i put a piece of plywood between the electrical and the sink i might be able to get away with it. Bothers me the proper way will take away grow space...

You could build a cover for the receptacles. Just something to protect them from getting splashed.

Or you could raise them above the sink..

You should move the pex water lines too...looks like one is touching the 50a socket

I wouldn't recommend the ONA bucket unless its a emergency. I find the ONA dispenser with timed sprays a lot better. The bucket i have was 50$ (fan cost 40$ too) and it lasted 28-35days until it went bone dry with a couple pebbles in the bottom. Even within that month it couldn't withstand pre flowering 1ft veg plants.

Clones on 6 days still aren't rooted, i think i saw 1 lonely root. Took the water out of the flood tray, added some rooter to the water and watered the tray again, misted dome and canopy, check tomorrow.

Need to go to a dollar store and get some phone line, the ones that came with the gavitas are too short, afterwards the ML2 will be a easy install. Each grow area is roughly 6x5, this will change upon adding another row of 2 lights(6-5x5) each room. Results pending.

So for progress..ive finished the plumbing. Moved the electrical to the roof/floor joists. Room B is panda filmed.

Slugging along, going slower then i was hoping for. Surgery recovery is never fun especially when work needs done.

Hydro was out for 3-4days during the ice storm. Things got quite cold and a lot of the clones got hurt. I cracked open some rock wool cubes and did see about 60% had small/starting roots and the other 40%. Il be monitoring the growth to see if new growth is happening or I'm just keeping them alive. Thankfully its not a big set back as i have tons of resources right now. Im sure a lot of people in Ontario lost a lot of plants over that long weekend. I lost over 800$ in food too so that kinda sucks. Il be forced to cut a new tray of clones with the other strains, I'm fine with that. Kept the previous moms :)
