I have a grow of multiple strains. I have purchased seeds over time & have all these "odd" seeds (at least 100 freebies). I have staggered the grow by adding the new strains every couple of weeks.
The closest to harvest is a Papaya. It is 70 days 12/12 today (longer than breeder pack said). I put a Pineapple Chunk in the same day. The pineapple chunk is supposed to be primarily indica (quick finiaher) & looked that way during veg (broad deep green fan leaves & very bushy). The main cola seemed to stretch a little so I decided to train it over and bring all the main branches to the same height. Since then, the plant has seemed to change in appearance to a sativa. Fan leaves eventually died off and the only real leaf material are on the buds. The leaves are very long & thin. The only other difference between the plants is the PC is in a 3 gallon bucket (2.25 gallons dirt) & the plant is now about 4 feet tall. Something made this plant morph as it soesn't look like any other PC I have seen.
Other plants in the room are King Kong, La Blanca, Blue Matero. The La Blanca is the one in the back in which these buds have exploded in size over the last week.
both King Kongs have an incredible number of bud sites for being in there only since 10/23.
I cut nutes from Papaya today & have started flushing. Even though Pineapple Chunk is supposed to be done too, I think it has at least several weeks left.
